Junior Church
"Then were brought unto Him little children, that He should put His hands on them and pray..." Matthew 19:13

Our idea for Junior Church is to create an atmosphere for all children (3rd-6th grade) in which the child can not wait to come back to church next Sunday. We are making every effort to make Junior Church a slight carbon copy of the Adult church.

Our schedule is as follows:

  • Choir (performed for children by children)
  • Tithes and offerings (Lead in prayer by our child Head Usher)
  • 5 fun filled scripture songs
  • Sword drill Game: boys vs. girls for end of month party
  • Song specials volunteered and performed by assigned child
  • Sermon/Message for children
  • Invitation/decision making
  • Behavioral prize giveaway (Game)
  • Dismissal
The goal is to prepare the children not only for Adult Church, but also to prepare their hearts and minds on how to grow as a Christian and to be a great servant to our Lord and Savior in their every day lives.
