Our purpose is to welcome all to People's Baptist Church.   Greeters serve as a constant reminder that we are "The Friendliest Church in the World!" Our visitors receive a warm welcome with a smile and a firm handshake to a new and comfortable experience.

In addition, we hand out flyers for upcoming events, assist the Ushers and work in harmony with other members and ministries in our church. We assist with every part of the Church's functions, (anything that is needed) spread the news, current events and future functions.

We assist new parents with infant children and explain that we have nurturing nursery workers that are hand picked with extensive background checks and trained to help with our infants and toddlers.

We have several ladies whom have volunteered to assist us in our endeavor. We will be creating schedules, so that everyone has an opportunity to welcome visitors to Church properly.

We have also discussed providing blazers and a color scheme for the Greeters that would separate us from the rest, but still have us flow in harmony with the appearance of our Church in a modest and professional way.

Furthermore, I would like to thank all those ladies that come to the foyer and volunteer their time to us. Its great to know that we are appreciated and that they see the need for us.
