Initially, to receive clothes, people were asked to complete a request form, and we then filled each request. Since there were more clothes than requests, we decided to try something new. Now we have found that bringing the bins of clothes to the church each Sunday after the morning service (weather permitting) works best. By separating clothing types based on different age groups and genders, has allowed recipients to choose clothes that suit their taste. This has also allowed us to fellowship with each other more. Since this has been so successful, our next goal is to try and reach out to the families of the kids that come by the Van/Bus Ministry. Every other Sunday morning, we will follow one of the bus captains on their drop-off routes. We hope to be a blessing to unsaved family members and friends. By giving out tracts, we will share the free gift of Heaven, along with free clothes! Our hopes and prayers are to be able to become a part of building the church.
