PBC's Hawaiian Pig Roast 2016
It was an exciting day in People's Baptist Church history. On April 17, 2016, Pastor Mike Dinges and his Deacons, brought the beaches of Hawaii to Clifton, New Jersey. Complete with palm trees coconuts and sand. Yes sand! Truly a traffic traffic stopper on Route 3!
However no PBC event could ever be complete without food! Thanks to Bro. Angel and Bro. Rubbet we dined on the finest roasted pig on the mainland. Thanks to the Grzybowski/Brown Team we has a feast fit for King Kamehhameha himself. The feast included, Pina Colada Mocktails, Lomi Lomi Salad, Baked Mahi Mahi, Roasted Red Skinned Potatoes, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Seasonal Fruit, Mixed Greens Salad, and a traditional Hawaiian Macaroni Potato Salad. No feast could be complete without Ice Cream and Coconut Icee for dessert.
A giant Thank You to all the church members who made this possible. Aloha and Thank You to all who attended. Check out our photos of the event in the photo gallery on this website.
